Container Stuffing
Whether it’s a 1,000lb crate or a 50,000lb piece of industrial equipment, our experienced containerization staff will professionally load, block, brace, and strap down your freight into 20-foot and 40-foot containers for safe and secure delivery anywhere in the world.
Flat Racking
Our experienced warehouse personnel specialize in loading all types of products onto custom flat racks and standard 20-foot or 40-foot flat racks. We can also build heavy duty rack skids and braces to provide additional support and firmly secure your shipment.
Boxing & Skidding
Our professional staff can accommodate boxing freight of any size and can also custom build pallets and skids that meet your heavy-duty shipping needs. We only use wood that is ISPM 15 stamped and certified, protecting fragile ecosystems.
Shrink Wrapping
Trans American’s shrink wrap packaging offers a sealed, tight-fitting protective layer from the elements during shipping. White plastic film is shrouded over your cargo before being shrunk by heat for an unmovable custom tight fit.
Corrosion Inhibitor
Shipping metal products, machined parts, or electronics? Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) packaging from Trans American safeguards your sensitive cargo from corrosive agents such as moisture, salty air, and other potential contaminants during shipment. You can be confident that your goods will remain corrosion-free.
Vapor Bagging
We offer the most effective packaging solution to protect your sensitive products or metal parts during shipping and storage. Moisture Vapor Bag Packing (MVBP) prevents corrosive damage and tarnish. Trans American can custom pack your goods in MVBP so you can rest assured your cargo will stay in perfect condition.
Export Tarping
Trans American doesn’t just deliver your freight. We take special care to protect your cargo while in transit. Export tarping is a great way to shield your goods from the elements during shipping.
Offsite Packing
We’ll come to you - our services don’t stop within our export packing and warehouse facilities. Our staff will travel to a port of your choosing or your place of business to deliver our services on-site.
